Course and Exam Overview:

  • Online-Only: All courses are offered exclusively online and are not accredited by any official occupational authority.
  • Paid Exams: The courses are free, but exams are paid, and no refunds are offered once an exam is purchased.
  • Multiple-Choice Exams: Each exam features 30-40 randomized multiple-choice questions.

Exam Policies:

  1. Time Limit: Each exam has a strict 45-minute time limit for completion. You must complete the exam within this time-frame.
  2. No Pausing: Once the exam is started, it cannot be paused. You cannot:
    • Close the browser
    • Switch tabs
    • Pause the exam
  3. Device and Internet Requirements: Ensure you have access to:
    • Good internet connectivity
    • A compatible browser
    • A reliable computer or device. Interruptions or technical issues on your end will not result in additional attempts or refunds.
  4. 3 Attempts: You are allowed only 3 attempts to pass the exam. After successfully passing, you will receive:
    • A digital certificate from ohse.ca.
    • A live badge valid for one year to demonstrate your knowledge.

Policy Details:

  • No Refunds: Once an exam is paid for, no refunds will be issued.
  • Certification Validity: Your digital certificate and live badge are valid for one year from the date of completion.
